Miguel Armenteros
Miguel Armenteros focuses his practice on business litigation with an emphasis on contract disputes, business torts, real estate, and partner and shareholder rights. Mr. Armenteros represents international and domestic clients in industries ranging from manufacturing, real property, food and beverage, entertainment, commodity brokerage, and health care. He utilizes his experience as an attorney and background as a certified public accountant to assist and advise his clients through their local and foreign legal issues, including cross-border disputes throughout the Americas, and serves as their trusted business advisor and counsel.
Mr. Armenteros is admitted to practice and has represented clients in all Florida state courts, United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida. He has also represented clients in alternative dispute resolution centers, including the American Arbitration Association and the International Chamber of Commerce.
