Our attorneys have experience in litigating all facets of a real estate dispute.  Ranging from boundary claims, to quiet title actions, to riparian rights, Mr. Annesser and Mr. Armenteros have extensively litigated real property actions against private owners as well as governmental entities.  In addition, the Firm is versed in environmental and land use issues.

We regularly advise both domestic and international clients on strategies that maximize gift and estate transfers to future generations, while minimizing tax burdens and related taxes. Our work includes the planning and creation of wills, family partnerships, revocable and irrevocable domestic and offshore trusts, as well as the planning and transferring of ownership and control of closely held and family owned businesses.
