Robert is the Managing Partner of Annesser Armenteros, PLLC’s Naples office. Robert represents businesses and individuals in complex litigation matters with a focus on construction and real estate disputes.

An integral member of the firm since its inception in Coral Gables, Robert returned in 2023 to launch and manage the firm’s Naples office, expanding the firm’s reach to encompass all of South Florida. Robert is distinguished by an AV Preeminent® Rating from Martindale-Hubbell and his consistent selection to the Super Lawyers® Rising Stars list since 2021.

Deeply committed to the local legal community, Robert has served on the Collier County Bar Association’s Board of Directors, as well as the Boards of the Collier County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section and Trial Section.

Robert earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law where he served as the Inter-American Law Review, Articles & Comments Editor. While in law school, Robert interned for the Honorable Robert M. Gross at Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal and served on the Board of Governors for The Florida Bar’s Law Student Division.
