Robert P. Santiago is a seasoned attorney with over two decades of experience in complex business litigation. He began his legal career at a large international law firm, focusing on high-stakes cases involving antitrust, patent disputes, and False Claims Act litigation. After years of success, he co-founded a boutique law firm specializing in commercial litigation, particularly commercial mortgage-backed securities litigation.
Robert later joined Annesser Armenteros, where he handles a wide range of complex commercial litigation, including business torts, corporate disputes, contract disputes, and appeals. Known for his sharp legal acumen and strategic thinking, Robert crafts tailored legal solutions that align with his clients’ business goals.
Throughout his career, Robert has managed demanding litigation matters with poise and precision. His courtroom advocacy is complemented by his negotiation and alternative dispute resolution skills. He is actively involved in the legal community, including The Florida Bar, the Dade County Bar Association, and the Miami Lighthouse for the Blind.
