John W. Annesser is a founding member and a Managing Partner of Annesser Armenteros PLLC, where he represents clients in complex commercial, construction, and real estate litigation. He also provides trusted counsel in trust and estates matters, corporate law, and general counsel services.

A seasoned trial attorney, Mr. Annesser has successfully litigated high-stakes litigation in both state and federal courts, with numerous notable published cases. His background includes prior partnership roles at prominent South Florida law firms as well as numerous distinctions and awards.

Mr. Annesser holds a J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Florida. He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
