Fernando Ulloa
Fernando Ulloa is an Associate attorney at Annesser Armenteros. Fernando’s practice areas include commercial litigation, condominium law, probate and other areas of civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at a boutique law firm where his practice was focused on corporate law, helping structure and organize business entities and successfully navigating his clients through the process of securing and protecting their intellectual property rights.
Fernando graduated from the University of Miami School of Law with both his Juris Doctorate degree (J.D.) as well as his Master of Laws degree (LLM). Prior to obtaining his law degree in the United States, Fernando also was licensed to practice law in Honduras where he was engaged in multiple areas of practice on behalf of his clients. While practicing in Honduras, Fernando worked for the Honduran health ministry where he was responsible for the agreements and contracts for the health sector of the country.
